Dreamcatcher Astrology Readings | Psychedelic Preparation & Integration Support

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before booking or participating in any service offered by Masha / Dreamcatcher Astrology ("Practitioner," "I," "me," or "my"). By booking a session, you ("Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

I offer the following services:

• Astrology Readings: Interpretive, reflective, and intuitive guidance based on astrological frameworks.

• Psychedelic Preparation Support: Intention-setting, mindset preparation, and harm-reduction oriented conversation prior to a planned psychedelic experience.

• Psychedelic Integration Support: Reflective dialogue, meaning-making support, and grounding practices following a psychedelic experience.

These services are coaching and support services — they are not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or any form of licensed clinical treatment.

2. Not a Licensed Clinical Professional

I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, medical doctor, social worker, or any other licensed mental health or healthcare provider. Nothing communicated during our sessions constitutes psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or clinical advice of any kind.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, psychiatric symptoms, or a medical emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

3. Psychedelic Services — Important Clarification

My psychedelic preparation and integration services involve conversation and coaching only. I do not:

• Facilitate, guide, or supervise the use of any controlled substance

• Supply, recommend, or endorse the procurement of any illegal substance

• Encourage illegal activity of any kind

Preparation and integration support is offered solely as a reflective, educational, and emotional support practice. The Client takes full legal and personal responsibility for any choices made regarding substance use.

4. No Medical Advice

Nothing shared during our sessions constitutes medical advice. I will not recommend, adjust, or comment on medications, supplements, or clinical treatment plans. Clients are solely responsible for consulting qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical decisions, including decisions related to psychedelic use and any potential contraindications with existing medications or conditions.

I will not be held liable for any choices, actions, or outcomes resulting from information shared or discussed during our sessions.

5. Client Eligibility & Responsibility

By booking a session, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age

• You are voluntarily engaging in these services and understand their non-clinical nature

• You are not in acute psychiatric crisis at the time of the session

• You will communicate any relevant health or safety concerns prior to or at the start of the session

• You understand and accept full personal responsibility for how you apply, act on, or interpret anything discussed in our sessions

6. At-Will Services & Right to Terminate

Services are provided on an at-will basis. I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to:

• Decline to book or work with any prospective client

• Terminate a session at any point, including mid-session, for reasons including but not limited to: concerns about the Client's safety or wellbeing, inappropriate or abusive conduct, or a determination that the services are not an appropriate fit

In the event of a mid-session termination initiated by me, no refund will be issued unless I determine otherwise at my sole discretion.

7. Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy

• No call / no shows: Clients who do not attend a scheduled session and do not provide prior notice are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: Not eligible for a refund.

• Cancellations made 24 or more hours in advance: May be considered for a refund or session credit at my discretion. Please contact me directly to request a review.

• Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule made at least 24 hours in advance will be accommodated when possible, subject to availability.

8. Confidentiality

I treat the content of our sessions with discretion and will not voluntarily share personally identifying information about you without your consent, except where I am required or compelled to do so by law, or in situations where I have a good-faith belief that there is imminent risk of harm to you or others.

Please note that I am not a mandated reporter in a clinical capacity, but I am not prohibited from contacting emergency services if I believe there is an immediate safety risk.

9. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. By completing payment, you confirm your agreement to these Terms. All sales are final except as described in Section 7.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of my services, including any decisions made or actions taken based on our sessions. My total liability to you for any claim arising from these services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Masha/Dreamcatcher Astrology from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way related to your participation in services, your violation of these Terms, or any choices you make as a result of our sessions.

12. Updates to These Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date. Continued use of my services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Agreement

By booking a session with me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
